Email as a Service
Email as a Service provides email services for multiple agencies through a ‘software as a service’ model.
Email as a Service will significantly lower an agency’s costs for email solutions through large scale commercial approaches and allow agencies to shift focus from technology issues to business as usual. Additional benefits include: improved productivity, more resilient and secure email, and a strategic lever for Enterprise Software.
The solution will also support: Instant Messaging; calendars; schedules, telephony & TXT integration; task lists; address books; and mail-outs. The service can be extended to include records management and archiving for email.
