The Data and Information Re-use Chief Executives Steering Group leads and drives a wide-ranging work programme [1]to make non-personal government-held data and information more widely available so that people, communities, and businesses can use and re-use it, and to protect personal, classified and confidential information.
It communicates through the ICT Strategy Group to the State Sector Reform Ministerial Group
Its Terms of Reference [2] were agreed in 2009.
The Open Government and Information Re-use Working Group [3]provides expert advice and comment to the CEs Steering Group.
Its Terms of Reference [4] were also agreed in 2009.
