Government ICT Supply Management Office - GISMO
GISMO, in partnership with the Ministry of Economic Development Government Procurement Reform Programme is responsible for ICT sourcing strategies to support the Directions and Priorities for Government ICT.
- GISMO has full life cycle responsibility for both the Department of Internal Affairs Government Technology Services and cross-government ICT supply initiatives including:
- Supply Strategy development
- Supply Market development
- Strategic sourcing
- Contract management
- GISMO establishes and manages ICT related contracts and supplier relationships on behalf of Government agencies
- GISMO engages with the supply market to ensure it is ready, willing and able to meet governments needs
- GISMO focuses on reducing the cost of Government ICT and increasing innovation.
